May 2024: Sensor system prototype
Sensor system development and maintenance, we have developed and tested (in a laboratory environment) the demonstrator sensor system. The system offers mass, sound, temperature, relative humidity, pressure, VOC, and measurements and detects rainfall. All measured data are stored on the SD card. In addition, all data except for the sound recordings are being sent to the server via the Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) network protocol; these data can be accessed via REST API. In the first week of June, we will install the first demonstrator system in beehives and conduct field testing.
